Hi, I’m Laura, a Digital Marketing Agency Business Owner, a Certified Doula, Prenatal & Postnatal Nutrition Specialist, Mama of three, and founder of a powerful community of over 100,000 like-minded mamas.

I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by information, unsure of what’s "right," and just wanting to feel confident in your choices as a mother. That’s why I created this space: to walk beside you through your motherhood journey, not to tell you what to do, but to guide you with clarity, compassion, and confidence so that you can be the mother you were meant to be.

Through my doula guidance, my goal is to help you reconnect with your motherly instincts so you can make informed decisions every step of the way from pregnancy, to birth, to postpartum and beyond. You will know all of your options and trust your instincts to make the best decision for your family. 
 

​Through coaching, I have been helping mamas since 2018 navigate life transitions with clarity, align career and relationship choices, understand their children on a deeper level, start and grow businesses and unlock their full potential. Gaining clarity on your unique path on earth both personally and professionally, using inner gifts and life skills, with spiritual and tactical strategy, embracing the energies at each given time, and discovering how to communicate more effectively with those around you.
