I’m a digital marketing agency owner, certified doula, and founder of a community of over 100,000 like-minded mamas.

I know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed by information, question what’s “right,” and simply want to feel confident in your choices as a mother. That’s why I created this space: to walk alongside you through your motherhood journey, not to tell you what to do, but to guide you with clarity, compassion, and confidence so you can embrace motherhood in a way that feels right for YOU.

Through my doula guidance, my mission is to help you reconnect with your motherly instincts, understand all your options, and make informed decisions every step of the way—from pregnancy and birth to postpartum and beyond. You deserve to feel empowered to trust yourself, advocate for your needs, and choose what works best for you and your family, without judgment or pressure.

My work extends beyond motherhood, too. Since 2018, I’ve been coaching mamas through life transitions, helping them find clarity, align their careers and relationships with their values, understand their children on a deeper level, build and grow businesses, and unlock their full potential.

My approach combines inner exploration with practical strategy, helping you recognize your unique gifts, navigate personal and professional decisions, and communicate more effectively with the people around you. I believe in honoring the different seasons of life, understanding the energy and opportunities each one brings, and creating a path that feels aligned with who you truly are.
