Natural Remedies For Cold & Flu Season

I hadn’t been sick, not even a cold, in years! And this wasn’t even the flu, it was “just” a bad cold. Below, I am giving you a list of things I survived on these past 4 days and that helped speed up recovery and all my linked products (pregnancy safe but as always consult with your medical team if you have any questions).


  • Bed rest while kids at school (even if house was a mess)

  • Electrolytes 1 packets a day with 40oz

  • Warm water with lemon

  • Green juice 1 a day

  • Bone broth 1 a day

  • Protein berry smoothie 1 day

  • No coffee at all

  • High absorption Prenatal multi with all immune vitamins & b12 included

  • Colostrum 4 scoops daily

  • Red light - full body - once a day

  • Neti pot with saline as needed

  • Glutathione

  • 30min of daily sunshine

  • Fresh air in room all day & night

  • Air purifier in room all day ON

  • Humidifier all night ON

  • Face steamer 1-2 day

  • Tea of choice before bed with lemon, ginger and 1 manuka honey scoop

  • Early bed time (sleep by 9)

  • Magnesium before bed

  • Gave the kids a multivitamin for extra support (only do on occasions)
